Jess Chapman: Jess Chapman for Morningstar.ca. I am here with Mark Wettlaufer of Fidelity Investments Canada. They are our Advisors' Choice Investment Fund Company of the Year.

Mark, that is a massive win for Fidelity. Why do you think you were honored in such a big way tonight?

Mark Wettlaufer: Well, not only were we honored this year, but it's been five years we've won the same award from Morningstar. So, it's with a lot of humility that we accept the award because to have advisors mention that is really pretty impressive. But you know what, you only have one way to go and it's down. So, we don't want to go there, but I don't know. I think we've just done a lot of things really well and there is a tough competition here. There are a lot of great people here and I'd like to think that we try and do everything to a very high standard and that award showed that.

Chapman: Absolutely.

Wettlaufer: So, thank you for that.

Chapman: Now, you mentioned that the only way to go is down. But you don't want to do that. So, can you tell us a little bit about what you plan to do to keep Fidelity on top?

Wettlaufer: Well, we do preach humility at the firm and we analyze what we don't do well and we try and make it better. So that's quite a micro exercise that we do, but it works out quite well.

Chapman: There is no better sign of that than this award. Mark, congratulations.

Wettlaufer: Thank you very much. Pleasure.
